Account Creation
If you are a customer of the organization, you can create a professional email address from the customer area. However, if you are not yet a customer, you must first become one. Therefore, to create a professional email address, follow these steps:

First, go to the page https://login.ionos.fr/ and click on My Products > Mail and Office. Select the desired subscription even though this step is optional. Continue by clicking on “Create a new email address” and select your IONOS Mail product that interests you (basic 2 GB, pro 25 GB, Microsoft Exchange).
If your subscription no longer includes a free inbox of the desired type, you will need to place an order. To do this, click on the Order section and enter the required information. This includes details such as the email address name, domain name, and password.

If you wish to forward emails to another existing email address, click on the Add a forwarding address section and enter the forwarding email address. You will also be prompted to select security settings. For this purpose, it is advisable to check the corresponding box: anti-spam and premium antivirus protection. Finally, you need to click on “Save” and your professional email will be opened.

Can’t access 1&1 webmail?

Email Pro: 6 euros/month for a 50 GB inbox with 1 domain including all other security options.
Use 1and1 webmail on other devices
You can configure access to 1and1 webmail on other devices such as iPhone, iPad (iOS), Android tablets and smartphones, a desktop computer with an email client, or any other email application that supports POP and IMAP protocols.
To do this, you need to enter your full email address as well as the domain name. Then, use the same password as the one used for the website interface.
