Cyberplus is an online banking service set up by Banque Populaire. It allows customers to make requests and manage their accounts remotely and securely. Logging into Cyberplus
Log in directly at www.loirelyonnais.banquepopulaire.fr and to access the Cyberplus space, click “Access your account“. A new window will appear, and you need to enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your password or entered an invalid password, then click on forgot password. You will receive a text message on your smartphone with a temporary password. This will be activated two minutes after the SMS arrives. You must wait this time to create a new password.

Change your password once you are logged into Cyberplus. The new password must not be the same as the passwords used previously. It should contain 8 to 12 characters with a combination of numbers and letters. Otherwise, contact your Banque Populaire agency or the support service of your agency to resolve the issue.
Activating the Cyberplus Pass
Once you have received your Cyberplus Pass, you must activate it before you can use your dedicated space. To do this, go to “My space“, select “access security“, then “Cyberplus Pass“, and finally click on “Activate“. Then refer to the on-screen instructions. In case of loss of your Cyberplus Pass reader, know that there is no risk to the security of your personal space. You just need to contact your advisor to obtain a new one.
Accessing your account history
You can obtain the history of your account for a given period through your account. To do this, go to the “My account” section and click on “Download” before choosing the format that suits you. Click on “Next”, select the accounts you are interested in and the period you wish to consult before pressing “Download”. It will be possible to save the obtained file in the new window on your device.
About Cyberplus DUO
When you register for Cyberplus, you are the only one who has access to your Cyberplus space and only have access to your accounts. Co-holders can access this account with the same subscription. In this case, a power of attorney is necessary; consult your advisor for this.
Additionally, the Cyberplus DUO offer allows you to choose a second Cyberplus subscription at no extra cost. Thus, both holders have the opportunity to view their personal and joint accounts. Therefore, for the price of one subscription, you benefit from private access for two.
How to view my Cyber Plus statements?
If you want to view your Cyber Plus statements, go to “My space“, then to the “My electronic documents” section, and finally to “My administrative documents”. You can view your account statements for a given period as well as download and save them on your device.
Electronic signature with Cyber Plus
Cyberplus allows you to sign contracts without going to the agency. This is made possible thanks to the “electronic signature” function offered by Cyberplus from Banque Populaire. To do this, go to “My space” and then to “My current subscription”. You will be able to review the general conditions of the contract and sign after reading.
Furthermore, to sign, you have two options:
- You can sign with your bank card, which you insert into PassCyber Plus,
- Or with the number you receive via SMS.
Once the contract is signed, it will be stored in your secure Cyberplus space within a maximum of two hours. This contract can be viewed in the “My electronic documents” section. To see it, go to “My space“, then to “My electronic documents”, and finally to “My contracts“.
